Crepes are a wondrously versatile dessert and breakfast. They can be sweet or savory. Raspberries are my favourite fruit. I love raspberries at all times with almost all things. I made a raspberry sauce to go with crepes I had made. You can find the crepe recipe here.
I think that crepes are a lot of fun to make. I don’t have children, but I dream that the one day I have children we can make crepes together, and they will have fun spreading different sauces and sprinkling their different toppings. Licking their little fingers….
- 1 cup of raspberries (I used frozen)
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Put ingredients in a small saucepan on low to medium heat. Simmer ingredients until consistency is thickened.
